Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with RYD Brand. We want to get your gear to you as fast as possible so you can get out in the water!

 

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery within South Africa: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days to major centres. Remote areas may take 5–7 business days. Free shipping on all SA orders over R750.

 

Order tracking: Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery.

 

Shipping delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
