Guarantee Every RYD Soft Top is built to take a beating — that's the whole point of a soft top. What we can't do is guarantee it won't pick up dings, dents, or scuffs from daily use, drops, or a few too many wipeouts — that's just part of learning to surf, and we'd rather be honest about that than promise something we can't back up. What we can guarantee is that every board leaves us built properly, with the materials and construction it deserves.

Warranty — 6 Months, Manufacturing Defects Only

Every RYD Soft Top is covered by a 6-month warranty against genuine manufacturing defects — faults in materials or workmanship that were there before the board ever touched water. This includes things like:

• Deck or bottom skin delamination not caused by impact
• Stringer or fin box faults present from construction
• Core compression present from manufacture, not use

This warranty does not cover:

• Dings, dents, scuffs, or pressure marks from normal use
• Damage from heat exposure (direct sun, car boots, board bags left in the sun)
• Damage from impact, drops, or improper handling
• Reasonable wear and tear
• Boards that have been repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than RYD

To claim under warranty, you'll need proof of purchase and photos of the affected area — send these to hello.sa@rydbrand.com and we'll take it from there.
